Overview
MosarcAI was an AI automation agency I co-founded in May 2025 as COO. We built custom agentic workflows, document-intelligence pipelines, and outbound acquisition systems for enterprise clients on the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. I led operations, client delivery, and business development through April 2026.
The problem
Enterprise teams could see what was possible with AI but couldn't staff to build it. They needed a partner who could architect, ship, and operate agentic systems end-to-end. The bar was high: production-grade orchestration, not demo-grade prompt chains.

Solution
A working AI automation studio: custom agent workflows on N8N + Claude + GPT, document-intelligence pipelines on RAG, and a lead-generation system built on Apollo + Instantly that ran at scale. Each client engagement produced documented, repeatable infrastructure rather than one-off scripts.
Results
70,000+ leads generated in four months across the outbound and paid stack. Multiple enterprise AI projects shipped. Deep, scar-tissue expertise in the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, agentic orchestration, and what actually breaks at scale — experience I now bring directly into Copytier and Jobtoss.
