I run Luxin, an AI consulting firm for small business. Before that I founded three companies, shipped a Chrome extension on the Claude Agent SDK, and built the outbound automation for the U.S. arm of a Korean AI company. The system I sell is the one I run my own company on: agents draft, I approve, nothing goes out without me. I write the code, the copy and the proposal, then the outreach that sells it. Systems I built are live today in a law firm, an engineering firm and a sales team.
