Overview
Goover Enterprise is the U.S. arm of Saltlux, a Korean AI company. I joined as GTM Strategy & Development in June 2026, part-time and hybrid in Sunnyvale, to build the outbound motion for managed service providers. I handed off two working systems in September.
The problem
A new U.S. team selling enterprise AI products with no outbound stack, no account list and no written playbook. Research was manual, follow-up lived in people’s heads, and the CEO had no assistant.
Process
- 01
Ranked 30 ideal customer profiles with a scoring rubric and built the MSP target list: 317 accounts in a campaign tracker
- 02
Built GTM-OS: finds target accounts, researches each one with sourced facts, drafts outreach a person approves
- 03
Built CEO-HQ: a daily brief, meeting notes filed the same day, follow-up drafts queued for approval
- 04
Positioned Goover’s AI products for MSPs to white-label and resell
- 05
Wrote the B2B sales playbook and a plain-English operating guide so the team could run both systems without me
Solution
Two systems the team uses every day and a playbook that explains them. The same shape as Luxin HQ, built for someone else’s company: agents research and draft, a person approves.
Results
Handed off working, documented and in daily use. I claim no meetings or replies from it. The systems were built and handed over; the results are theirs.
